A listed historic mill with an attached sawmill, showing what milling was like around 1900. The displays explain how mills became industrialised and introduce the different grains and flours. Visits are by guided tour through the mill and the saw, and a mill shop sells its products. School and kindergarten groups can join a bread-roll baking programme.
