Feld- und Grubenbahnmuseum Fortuna
Wetzlar, Hessen
On the grounds of the Fortuna mine, narrow-gauge trains run through the Grundbach valley. The museum owns six steam locomotives, five of them in working order, and shows field and mine railways used above and below ground. Some of the locomotives and wagons come from the region, others from as far away as Mozambique. Steam trains run regularly between March and December.
