Fehn- und Schiffahrtsmuseum
Rhauderfehn, Niedersachsen
Set in the Art Nouveau Villa Graepel in Westrhauderfehn, this museum covers fen-colony life, local shipbuilding and the shipping of what was once East Frisia's most important inland port. Outside stands a rebuilt blacksmith's forge more than 100 years old, and the barge Twee Gebroeders lies in the canal in front.
