Europäischer Kulturpark Bliesbruck-Reinheim

Gersheim, Saarland

Spread over 700,000 square metres on both sides of the French-German border, this archaeological park presents excavations from several eras. The main finds are a Celtic princess's grave, a small Roman town (vicus) and a Roman palatial villa. The site runs between Reinheim in Saarland and Bliesbruck in Lorraine, combining dig sites with exhibitions.
