Deutsches Fleischermuseum

Sausage-making, meat eating and the butcher's trade are explored over five floors, from both a cultural-history and an art angle. The permanent display includes tools and equipment from different eras, guild items such as goblets and banners, and apprenticeship and master certificates. Contemporary art is shown alongside. The museum stands on the Schlossberg in Böblingen's old town.
