Borlachmuseum Bad Dürrenberg

The Borlach tower above the Saale, close to the graduation works and even on the town's coat of arms, houses a museum on the region's salt history. The winding tower once made brine extraction possible, and its shaft reaches 223 metres down. Next to it stands the Witzleben tower with a replica steam engine.
