Bauernhausmuseum der Stadt Bochum

Next to the moated castle of Haus Kemnade stands an 18th-century timber-framed farmhouse, the former Schulte zur Oven farmstead from Stiepel. It was carefully taken down in 1971 and rebuilt on this spot. Open to the public since 1972, it forms part of the Kemnade museum site.
