Bachschmiede

Wals-Siezenheim, Salzburg

The heart of this museum in Wals is the carefully restored forge of the Reischl family, brought back to life as a working demonstration smithy. The building on the Mühlbach dates back to 1567. The former horseshoe chamber holds the Ebner family's horseshoe collection from Loig, and outside, the Zeitstein of Untersberg marble tells the village's history in carved pictures.
