Archäologisches Museum Oldendorf (Luhe)

Oldendorf (Luhe), Niedersachsen

Housed in the Schemmes Hus, a school and dwelling built in 1750, this museum is tied to the Oldendorf Totenstatt, a burial site some 5,700 years old. It displays grave finds from the Neolithic and shows the world of the first farmers in the Luhe valley, of the Funnel Beaker culture, and their belief in life after death.
