Skanzen Chanovice

At the northern edge of Chanovice stands an open-air display of folk architecture from the Šumava foothills. Alongside a Baroque granary you will find cottages, timbered barns and granaries from south-western Bohemia, some dismantled and rebuilt, others faithful copies, such as a fruit-drying house. Small religious monuments, including a niche chapel of St Joseph, and demonstrations of folk crafts complete the site.
