Museum für Angewandte Kunst

The museum of applied art occupies the Ferbersche Haus, an 18th-century townhouse arranged around a courtyard, with a portal dated 1760. It is among the most impressive Baroque residential complexes in Gera. The first-floor rooms were refitted in historicist style after 1875. The house has held a crafts museum since 1984.
