Uměleckoprůmyslové museum v Praze

This museum of applied arts and design presents European craft from antiquity to the design of the 20th and 21st centuries in the six halls of its permanent show, ART, LIFE. More than 1,300 objects are on display from a collection of half a million. It also stages short-term exhibitions and events. It stands on 17. listopadu street in Josefov, opposite the Rudolfinum, in a Neo-Renaissance building from the late 1890s.
