Contemporary Czech and Slovak art is shown here in Prague's Old Town, opposite the Intercontinental Hotel. The gallery doesn't just hang work but helps bring it about: it sets chosen artists, often around sixty, so-called Homework assignments on a shared theme, and the results run to hundreds of pieces by artists such as Jiří Anderle, Michael Rittstein and Jiří Slíva. One of the most successful themes, a tribute to Bohumil Hrabal, travelled around the Czech Republic and abroad.
