Hundsmarktmühle

Under the motto From Grain to Bread, this 16th-century mill near Thalgau shows how grain becomes flour and loaves. Inside are a water-driven millstone, a grinding set with roller mill, milling tools, grains and grain products, and a bakery with a wood-fired oven. A working ball mill stands outside, and one room recounts events in Thalgau's history. The mill worked until 1940 and opened as a museum in 1994.
