Housed in the Baroque Old Town Hall of 1733/40, this museum tells Erlangen's story from prehistory to the 20th century. It focuses on the Baroque era and the planned new town, the Huguenots, the margravial residence, the university and the rise of the Siemens town. The courtyard hosts open-air concerts and readings.
