Neuberin-Museum

This museum is devoted to Friederike Caroline Neuber, the actress and theatre director born in Reichenbach in 1697. From 1727 she led her own troupe, which played mainly in Leipzig, and she worked to establish a bourgeois German theatre. Displays include pictures and written documents as well as stage and theatre technology.
