Nationalpark Thayatal-Nationalparkhaus
Hardegg, Niederösterreich
The national park house in Hardegg is the gateway to Thayatal National Park, one of central Europe's last near-natural valley landscapes. Wildcat, black stork and noble crayfish live here, and over 40 percent of the native plant species occur in the valley. The park borders Podyjí National Park in the Czech Republic.
