Muzeum Sopotu

The main exhibit here is the house itself, a villa built in 1903 for the Gdańsk merchant Ernst Claaszen. On the ground floor the grand rooms of a bourgeois residence have been restored from photographs donated by the first owner's daughter. Upstairs, in former bedrooms, temporary exhibitions are held, and the permanent display covers the history of Sopot and its region.
