Muzeum II Wojny Światowej w Gdańsku

This museum tells the story of the Second World War from a Polish perspective, set within the wider European and global picture, and honours the victims and the fighters for freedom of many nations. It opened in 2017 in a purpose-built building in Gdańsk, the city where the war began. Plan a long visit: the exhibition on the years 1939 to 1945 is extensive.
