Museum für Asiatische Kunst

Art, crafts and archaeology from East, South, Southeast and Central Asia fill this museum in the Humboldt Forum, inside the rebuilt Berlin Palace. The South, Southeast and Central Asian collection holds around 20,000 pieces, the East Asian one about 13,000. Some of the holdings trace back to the art chamber of the Great Elector.
