Mathematisch-Physikalischer Salon

Set inside Dresden's Zwinger, this collection brings together historic clocks and scientific instruments. You will find terrestrial and celestial globes, astronomical, optical and geodetic devices from the 16th century onwards, plus instruments for calculating and measuring and mechanical automata. The collection goes back to Elector August and has been housed in the Zwinger since 1728.
