KW Institute for Contemporary Art
Berlin, Berlin
Contemporary art in a former margarine factory on Auguststraße in Berlin-Mitte, close to the Scheunenviertel. The venue presents exhibitions and commissioned works by artists from Germany and abroad. It is a place where art is produced, shown and discussed rather than a museum with a permanent collection.
