Heimatmuseum Ziesar
Ziesar, Brandenburg
This local history museum sits in the former farm yard of Ziesar's castle complex. Across about 200 square metres it traces the town's development, including a furnished house showing everyday life a century ago. One display case recalls the 948 founding charter of the Brandenburg bishopric, which names Ziesar as civitas ezeri.
