Erzgebirgisches Freilichtmuseum
Seiffen/Erzgeb., Sachsen
Spread over three hectares, this open-air museum recreates a scattered Ore Mountains settlement of the 19th century, with paths, walls, bridges, water ditches and gardens. Fifteen historic buildings show everyday life and the woodworking trades of the region. A lathe works from 1760 and the ring-turning workshop belong to the Seiffen toy museum complex.
