Burg Meersburg
Meersburg, Baden-Württemberg
Meersburg Castle rises above Lake Constance and counts among the oldest inhabited castles in Germany. Its central keep is the Dagobert Tower, and the complex stands on a slope above the lower town. The 18th-century New Castle lies opposite, which is why this one is also called the Old Castle.
