Pretzels as guild emblem, symbol and everyday food are the subject of this museum in Erdmannhausen. Historic pieces and staged scenes, such as the legend of the baker Frieder, trace the shift from craft bakery to industrial production. A theatre room takes up questions of food and farming. It stands on the former property of the Huober baking family and opened in 2016.
