Stickereimuseum Eibenstock

The theme here is embroidery, from laborious hand stitching through mechanical embroidery machines to modern automatic ones. The big machines are put through their paces in live demonstrations. Further sections cover the region's mining history and two collections of Erzgebirge folk art: the Trumpold collection with around 15,000 individual figures, and the Krauß collection of carved figures.
