On a peninsula in Cologne's Rheinauhafen, everything revolves around cocoa and chocolate, from the Olmecs, Maya and Aztecs to today's products. The permanent exhibition centres on a glass chocolate factory where you can watch modern production at work. The collection grew from the holdings of the Cologne maker Stollwerck.
