The artist family Pankok lived on the country estate of Haus Esselt in Drevenack, a secluded spot on the Issel in the Hohe Mark nature park. Today the museum keeps the family's life's work, including most of Otto Pankok's own output. Visitors see his art in the place where he and his family lived for the rest of their lives.
