The Neue Mühle by Erfurt's Schlösserbrücke is the last working mill of the 60 the city once had. A water wheel drives it, fed by a side arm of the Gera. Inside you see a grinding stone, historic roller mills, sifters and a mill brake lift, and the grain's path through every floor by bucket elevator is still intact.
