Ostróda, warmińsko-mazurskie
The museum occupies Ostróda castle. Its permanent exhibition, on the history of Ostróda and its surroundings, runs from prehistory to the present day, and most exhibits come from excavations made while the castle was being rebuilt in the 1970s. Two models show the town as it looked in the 16th century and in the early 20th.
