Found on Nová Louka street, the Karlovy Vary museum focuses on the history of the spa trade and on the region's decorative crafts: glass, porcelain and pewter. Its collections also include militaria, folk material, and archaeology, zoology, botany and geology. One highlight is a replica of the Valeč rodent, a well-known Tertiary fossil from the region.
