This museum occupies the house on the village square in Malé Svatoňovice where Karel Čapek was born. It has two exhibitions, one on Josef Čapek and one on Karel. It began as a memorial in 1946 in the family's former flat and gathers books, photographs, drawings, manuscripts and other items linked to the brothers.
