Muzeum Bambrów Poznańskich

This small museum tells the story of the Bambers, a community of Poznań families whose culture and history fill its rooms. The permanent exhibition centres on a furnished nineteenth-century Bamberg house, and the collection of about 1,500 items comes from the Bamberg society and from local families who lent heirlooms. It sits on Mostowa Street in the Grobla district, right beside the Museum of World Cultures. A small shrine of the Sorrowful Christ, built in 2003, stands on the square by the entrance.
