Museumsbauernhof Wennerstorf
Hollenstedt, Niedersachsen
A farmstead in the heath village of Wennerstorf, with parts dating to the mid-16th century, shows farm life as it was in the 1930s. Its big hall house puts the stables, threshing floor and the living quarters of the farm family, maids and farmhands under one roof. Traditional farm work is demonstrated, and the garden and fields are run to organic Bioland standards.
