Jewellery, porcelain, weapons, furniture and architecture fill this applied art museum in central Cologne. The red-brick building from the 1950s stands on the site of a former Minorite monastery, whose outline and square inner courtyard can still be traced, with the late-Gothic Minorite church beside it. The core of the collection comes from the scholars Wallraf and de Noël.
