Museum Bayerisches Vogtland

Housed in Hof's old hospital building, which goes back to the 13th century, this museum combines local history with natural history. Displays cover traditional crafts, industrialisation and the region's important textile trade, the Hof tram, and furniture and everyday items from country life. One section tells how Hof became the first stop for refugees and expellees after the Second World War.
