Museum an der Kreuzkirche

This small neighbourhood museum next to the Kreuzkirche tells the story of Preungesheim, now part of Frankfurt. It occupies the large ground-floor room of the old parsonage, built in 1742. A general exhibition follows the village's history from the Middle Ages to the end of the Second World War in five themed sections. Its core is a collection first shown in the church tower in the 1970s and added to since.
