Lungauer Landschaftsmuseum Burg Mauterndorf

High above the village, inside Mauterndorf Castle, this museum shows life in the Lungau region. Its exhibitions cover local customs, religion, alpine pastures, life on the farm, minerals and traditional costume. The collection goes back to a passionate local collector who built it up from 1971. A good outing for families and anyone wanting to know the region better.
