Housed in Aschersleben's former town prison, this museum is all about real crimes. You will see weapons, instruments of torture, historic prison fittings, forensic tools, uniforms, helmets and masks. A collection of historic robber and gendarme hand puppets completes the tour. The displays show the methods of investigators and criminals alike.
