Inside the Volksparkstadion, this museum is devoted to Hamburger SV and covers the whole sports club, not just football. Many departments have their own showcase in the treasure chamber. Flip books, peepholes, drawers and audio and video stations invite you to explore, and a cinema shows a twelve-minute film on the club's history. One section covers the first ground at Rothenbaum, another the old Volksparkstadion with a large panoramic picture.
