On a listed four-sided farmstead in Neukirchen-Wyhra, village life around 1900 comes alive. The permanent exhibition shows furnishings and everyday objects of the period, including a faithfully furnished farmhouse with a main parlour, a small parlour and a neatly kept kitchen. The museum is interactive in approach and first opened in 1989 as a farm museum.
