Einrichmuseum Katzenelnbogen

A farmstead from the 18th century houses this local-history museum about the Einrich, the historic landscape between the Lahn, Rhine and Aar. Its sections cover the Counts of Katzenelnbogen, crafts, geology, mining and the stone industry, farming and rural home life. Lovingly furnished living rooms, shops and workshops show everyday life of the past, and on special occasions working machines such as the printing press and the village forge are demonstrated.
