August-Becker-Museum
Klingenmünster, Rheinland-Pfalz
This late Baroque house of 1765 in Klingenmünster is the birthplace of the Palatinate author August Becker, born here in 1828. The museum shows his literary work, including a first edition of Die Pfalz und die Pfälzer, left to the village by his granddaughter. It also serves as the village's local-history museum. The tourist information office and the municipal library share the building.
