Rotors, cockpits and engineering: everything here is about the helicopter, its history and its technology. The museum in central Bückeburg, on Sablé-Platz, is the only one in Germany devoted solely to rotary-wing aircraft. It grew out of a helicopter pilot's collection and opened in 1971, and has been extended since.
