Museum für brandenburgische Kirchen- und Kulturgeschichte des Mittelalters

The permanent exhibition, Wege in die Himmelsstadt, fills the palas of Ziesar castle, once the residence of the bishops of Brandenburg. Two themed routes run through the building: one on the castle's architecture and use, with 73 exhibits on walls and floors, and one on medieval Christianization. The rooms and traces of building work are part of the display. The keep and the castle chapel of St Peter and Paul belong to the visit too.
