Heimatmuseum Löhne

This town museum tells how Löhne came to be, through settlement history, key trades and finds from the Neolithic to the Middle Ages, including mammoth bones from the Ice Age. On the grounds stand a rebuilt cigar maker's house from 1871 and a half-timbered granary from 1808. The museum itself is housed in a former school.
