Villa Nova Uhřínov

This archaeological open-air site in the Orlické Mountains near Uhřínov recreates a medieval colonisation village. Buildings are based on archaeological finds and built with replica period tools: log half-dugouts, houses of rammed earth, bread ovens, a barn and a smithy. Construction began in 1992. The site is freely accessible all year, and guided tours can be arranged in season.
