V-2 missile launch site, Blizna

Blizna, podkarpackie

A small museum in the Blizna Historical Park stands on the site of a German V-2 rocket firing range from the Second World War. After the bombing of Peenemünde, testing and launches moved here in November 1943, and 139 missiles were fired from Blizna. It is a place for anyone wanting to see the ground where this weapon was tested.
