Straßenbahn-Museum Thielenbruch

Köln, Nordrhein-Westfalen

In a tram shed from 1906 on Cologne's eastern edge, this museum follows the city's street railways through about two dozen vehicles, from horse-drawn trams to modern light-rail cars. Some are still in working order. The oldest is a horse tram built in 1884, and an electric railcar from 1902 originally ran in Bonn. A restaurant sits in the same building complex.
